We partner with leading sustainable developers and investors to design infrastructure portfolios that have sound financial returns and economic, social, and environmental integrity for the communities they serve.

We identify opportunities for new public-private partnerships around core infrastructure needs in cities and critical sectors. We look for systemic policy or infrastructure failures, where large-scale integrated solutions can create private investment potential and public value.

All c.dots portfolios follow a two-year, three-track project preparation process, including: (1) system engineering to develop a bankable 15-20 year, ~$1 billion USD scale portfolio of sustainable infrastructure projects; (2) legal and policy design of new locally-appropriate Community Investment Vehicles (CIVics); and (3) fund structuring to raise private equity and debt in alignment with planned public investment.

By aggregating projects through CIVics, we aim to capture multiple revenue streams, including savings and avoided losses, and overcome typical scale-up and investment risks associated with sustainable infrastructure.
